2020 Melges 20 World Championship

Fifteen teams competed in the 2020 Melges 20 World Championship, held October 7-10 in Cala Galera, Italy. With competitors from Great Britain, Italy, Monaco, Malta, and Russia, Filippo Pacinotti’s Brontolo Racing (ITA) won the World title with a race to spare, finishing 19 points ahead of Russian Bogatyrs by Igor Rytov with Fremito d’Arja by Dario Levi (ITA) eight points further back in third. Marco Giannini’s Siderval (ITA), finishing seventh overall, won the Corinthian title.
