New builders for International Laser Class Association

Since the International Laser Class Association (ILCA) has revised its restriction on equipment production, new suppliers for the class are Ovington Boats Ltd. (Great Britain), Devoti Sailing s.r.o. (Czech Republic), RioTecna srl (Argentina), and Nautivela (Italy).
