Storied superyacht sinks off Malyasia

The 246-foot sailing yacht Phocea, first built for Alain Colas as Club Mediterranée to compete in the solo 1976 Transat, sank February 19 off the coast of Malaysia after a blaze engulfed the four-masted yacht. Considered the ninth largest sailing yacht, seven crew members were saved from the vessel after rescuers were alerted to the fire on February 18. – Full report
