Go time for 51st Transpac Race

San Pedro, CA (July 12, 2021) – The 51st Transpac Race gets underway tomorrow for the slowest boats taking on the 2225 nm course from Point Fermin in Los Angeles to the finish line off Diamond Head in Honolulu, Hawaii. With three staggered starts for the biennial crossing, seven entries in Division 8 range in size from Mark Ashmore’s Cal 40 Nalu V (Arcadia, CA) to Cecil and Alyson Rossi’s Farr 57 Ho’okolohe (Novato, CA).
