Optimism for Newport Bermuda Race

After the coronavirus pandemic required the cancellation of the biennial Newport Bermuda Race in 2020, the organizing committee remains optimistic that the 52nd running of the 635 nm race will get underway June 17, 2022. With 187 entrants, communications with the Bermuda Government Health Department and other agencies are ongoing to ensure the race will be conducted safely and based on current COVID-19 protocols and restrictions.
