Wrong way around the world

Romain Pilliard and Alex Pella are seeking to set a benchmark time for a westerly route around the world in a multihull. Using a 75-foot trimaran, they set off on January 4 between the Pen Men lighthouse on the Isle of Groix and the Kerroc’h lighthouse in Lorient. This route against the prevailing winds and currents has never been successful in a multihull. – Details
