Sail America 2025 Board of Directors

Sail America, the trade association for the U.S. sailing industry, has confirmed six new members to its 2025 board of directors: Roman Manning, American Sailing; Bo Williams, Zim Sailing/Starting Line Sailing; Oakley Jones, Harken Inc.; Thomas Dix, Shore Premier Finance; Catherine Guiader, Jenneau America; and, Ron Martin, Firecrown Media.
All directors are elected through the association’s standard election process. A nominating committee submits candidate names to association members, who then vote anonymously on the names put forward. All board members serve for three years.
The new Sail America directors will join president of the board, Adam Cove, Adam Cove Marine Consulting.
Also on the executive committee are Todd Hess, The SailTime Group; Cindy Kalow, Superior Charters; Dan Krier, Marine Servicenter; Randall Carnahan, Hilb Group NE; and Kevin Carlan, Yanmar serves as past board president.
The executive team joins the returning board members, which include Tyler Fields, Tyler Fields Photography; Kelly Kaylor, NMMA; Andrew Clouston, US Sailing; and Josh Toso, Zhik Sailing.
Leaving the Sail America board are Ted Winston and Josie Tucci.
Sail America is the trade association for the U.S. sailing industry, providing sailing-related products and services. Established in 1990 by members of the U.S. sailing industry, Sail America’s members represent all segments of the sailing market.
