America One Racing Performance Report

America One Racing, as the largest private financial supporter of elite USA sailors, pivoted in 2023 to a hands-on organization with coaches and training plans. Here is their 2026 First Quarter report:

A1R’s Project Podium and the Foiling Pipeline had a strong start through Q1 2026. The results from domestic camps and international competition provide clear evidence that the systems implemented across America One Racing are beginning to translate into measurable performance gains.

Across all Project Podium classes, the focus on structured planning, defined KPIs, targeted expert coaching, whole body health and fitness, and disciplined execution produces meaningful progress. Early-season results, combined with qualitative improvements in decision-making, speed development, and race consistency, validate the direction of A1R’s approach.

Thanks to increased financial support from A1R’s donor base, we seized an opportunity to complete a strategic expansion of Olympic class support by the addition of an experienced Nacra 17 program to further increase medal opportunities for LA 2028.

Importantly, while A1R continues to strengthen key operational and performance roles, the program remains intentionally lean, ensuring that resources are directed toward athlete performance and program execution. – Full report
