World Sailing Judicial Decisions

World Sailing has the authority to investigate misconduct by competitors, coaches, support personnel, or officials. Additionally, cases for code of ethics violations, safeguarding matters, competition manipulation, whistleblower complaints, and anti-doping are considered.
Disciplinary and appeals decisions within World Sailing are determined by the Independent Bodies in accordance with the Constitution. These bodies include an Investigations Panel, Disciplinary Tribunal, and Safeguarding Disciplinary Tribunal.
Suspended sailors as of October 7, 2026:
• Nicolás Cozar (ARG) – Suspended from May 18, 2026 to Nov 17, 2027 – Rule 69.1(a)
• Valentino Rosso (ARG) – Suspended from May 18, 2026 to Nov 17, 2027 – Rule 69.1(a)
