After tough wind conditions Saturday yielded one “substitute race,” the stakes will be high with double points up for grabs to today’s winners. Weather conditions look to be ideal, with cooler temperatures and estimated wind speeds of 16 – 20 knots during the scheduled racing window of 1:30PM – 3:00PM CST.
