Showcasing the Best of Our Sport

John Fisher, Chairman of Quantum Key West Race Week 2017, offers this tribute to what makes our sport so great.

To the collective group that made Quantum Key West Race Week 2017 such a great success – thank you! By all accounts we hit it out of the park on all facets of the regatta: the sponsors are ecstatic, the competitors have been extremely complimentary, the media was duly impressed, the scenery and back drop was vintage Key West.

Mother Nature was on her best behavior and everyone benefited.

Our new race headquarters and event venue at the Waterfront Brewery was not only well received, it also represents a vast improvement in streamlining our shore side organizational efforts. On top of being one great place to conduct our social and educational offerings.

Our sponsors and competitors deserve tremendous amounts of thanks for their continued support. However, collectively and individually, please know none of this would happen if it wasn’t for all of the volunteer efforts. To those that gave selflessly, be very proud of what we accomplish when we get together and invest our volunteer capital to give back to, and in support of, the sport we so love.
