Remembering Olivia Constants

It was on June 23, 2011 when fourteen-year-old Olivia Constants died during her Club 420 class out of Severn Sailing Association in Annapolis, MD. It was an accident that shook the sailing community, with the Olivia Constants Foundation (OCF) soon launched to perpetuate the energy and drive that Olivia exhibited during her short life.
