Olympic US Nationals at Oakcliff

The Nacra 17, 49er, and 49erFX US National Championship were held in conjunction at Oakcliff Sailing Center in Oyster Bay, NY on August 22-26. Competition for these three Olympic events was held on Long Island Sound, with nine races completed for the 40 teams representing USA, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Americans won the 49er (Brad Funk/ Trevor Burd) and 49erFX (Paris Henken/ Helena Scutt) with Puerto Rico winning the Nacra 17 (Enrique Figueroa/ Carla Malatrasi). – Full results
