Paige Railey early leader at Radial Women’s Worlds

Rizhao City, China (October 1, 2013) – The Laser Radial Women’s World Championship 2013 got underway today, with 77 entrants competing in the first of two qualifying races. After wind conditions forced a two hour postponement, the Chinese contingent placed three sailors in the top ten, with American Paige Railey posting a 3-2 to lead the field.
