Update from IRC Technical Committee

The IRC Technical Committee has reviewed its decision earlier this year to amend the treatment of Adjustable Mast Foot and/or Forestay for 2014. A new Notice 2013/03 has been published today (5 November 2013) and can be found on the IRC Website.
