Thirty-eight teams from seven countries competed in the 2015 International Star Class Western Hemisphere Regatta on April 16-19, completing seven races held on Biscayne Bay in winds mostly from 6 to 13 knots. Brian Ledbetter and Josh Revkin (USA) dominated the final three days, posting all top two scores to win by 12 points over Lars Schmidt Grael and Samuel Goncalves (BRA), with Paul Cayard / Brian Terhaar (USA) in third.
