Chris Barnard tops field at Laser North Americans

One hundred eighty one sailors competed in the Laser North American Championship, held July 30-August 2 in Manteo, North Carolina. Chris Barnard (USA) posted all top five scores in the 58-boat Laser fleet for the win, while Scott Rasmussen (USA) took the title by four points in the 115-boat Laser Radial fleet.
