ISAF Statement – 34th America’s Cup Jury

On April 14, ISAF received an appeal from Paul Henderson (CAN) concerning his formal complaint against members of the International Jury of the 34th America’s Cup (Bryan Willis, Graham McKenzie, David Tillett, Josje Hofland, John Doerr). The appeal was against ISAF’s decision not to pursue disciplinary case against jury members because there was no case to answer, based on Henderson’s complaint. Upon agreement of both parties, the appeal was heard by Dieter Neupert (SUI). On July 31, 2015, he dismissed the appeal upholding ISAF’s decision that there was no case to answer. This decision is final, binding, not subject to further appeal.
