Lalumiere wins first round at Oakcliff International

Oyster Bay, NY (August 14, 2015) – The first round robin was completed today at the Oakcliff International, with leader Charlie Lalumiere (USA) winning a tiebreaker against Chris Steele (NZL) and Matthew Jerwood (AUS). All three teams finished at 6-3.

Racing in Match 40s, the ten team field will complete two round robin stages, followed by quarterfinals, semifinals, petit finals and finals. Racing concludes on August 16.

Oakcliff International is a Grade 2 match racing event and second stop on the 2015 U.S.A. Grand Slam Series.
