Mississauga, ONT (September 10, 2016) – The second day of the J/24 driveHG.ca North American Championship saw building winds and waves over the four races which provided surfing finishes and changes to the leaderboard.

After seven races, Travis Odenbach on Honey Badger Sea Bags Sailing Team (20 points) moved into first place with a one point margin over Will Wells on Cougar (21 Points).

Going into Sunday, there is a tie for third place between Evan Petley-Jones on Lifted and Rossi Milev on Clear Air with 34 points.

So far the weather looks great to finish the last three races in the series.

Ten races are planned for the 46 boats on September 9-11.
