Live Coverage: Extreme Sailing Series Madeira

The 2016 Extreme Sailing Series™ sixth Act is scheduled for September 22-25 in Madeira Islands, Portugal. Live video streaming will be available on September 24 and 25 as well as graphics provided by SAP Analytics each day of racing.

The live 90 minute programme, produced by Sunset+Vine, includes fixed onboard cameras delivering the action from the water, shore side cameras and graphics delivered by SAP. The expert commentary team includes Extreme Sailing Series™ 2015 winner and double olympic gold medallist Sarah Ayton OBE and Volvo Ocean Race commentator Niall Myant.

The 2016 Extreme Sailing Series travels through Asia, Europe, and Australia, where teams compete using the evenly-matched one design GC32 foiling catamarans.

The Extreme Sailing Series is in its tenth season, with this year’s eight event tour travelling through Asia, Europe, and Australia.
