U.S. Watercraft in Receivership

U.S. Watercraft, builder and marketer of Alerion Yachts, C&C Yachts, True North Yachts, and North Rip Boats, and a licensed builder of several JBoat models, is now under receivership by order of the Rhode Island Superior Court in Providence County. The appointed Receiver is in the process of assessing and securing all of U.S. Watercraft’s assets. U.S. Watercraft facilities are located in Warren, Rhode Island. Details.
