World Sailing International Measurers Seminar

World Sailing and Federação Portuguesa de Vela (FPV) is holding an International Measurers Seminar on August 31 to September 2 in Lisbon, Portugal. The Seminar is open to attendees from all countries but is close to the final registration date (July 30) and 18 candidates have been accepted from 8 countries (China, Israel, Brazil, Poland, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Portugal).
