Boston College claims Match Racing Nationals

Boston College successfully defended their 2017 title to win the 2018 College Match Racing National Championship on November 16-18 in Newport Beach, CA. Led by Wade Waddell ’19, the team of Tara Ferraris ’19, Peter Lynn ’19, and Jack DeNatale ’22 were in the top three after the qualifying round and got past Wisconsin (Quarters) and Stanford (Semis) to face University of Pennsylvania in the Finals. The Penn team led by Porter Killian ’22 was even with BC going into the last race, but BC got the win to claim the title.
