Long Beach, CA (August 21, 2019) – It was a full day at the Goslings 2019 Viper 640 World Championship as the 41 teams added four more races to the scorecard. In breezes that ranged from 6-8 knots for the first two heats up to 10-12 knots for the last two, day one leaders Jay Golison, Steve Flam, and Eric Doyle remain on top, but after carding a 14th in the last race, their margin over Marcus Eagan is down to one point with the top six teams all within eight points.
Tomorrow is a lay day with racing to be completed on August 23-24.
Up to 14 races are scheduled on August 20-24. Live streaming is available on Facebook.
