World Sailing Rankings

The World Sailing Rankings seek to establish an order of ability based on the results of graded events over a 24 month period. The rankings focus on the 10 Olympic events and Open and Women’s Match Racing, and while the match racing rankings remain unchanged since April 2020, the fleet racing rankings were updated January 11, 2022.

The North Americans in the top 20 include Mexican Mariana Aguilar Chavez Peon (1st, iQ Foil Women), Canadians Georgia and Antonia Lewin-LaFrance (9th, 49erFX) and from the USA are: Andrew Molerus/ Ian MacDiarmid and Ian Barrows/ Hans Henken (4th and 10th, 49er), Stephanie Roble/ Maggie Shea (5th, 49erFX), Daniela Moroz and Kirstyn O’Brien (6th and 17th, Formula Kite Women), Riley Gibbs/ Anna Weis (15th, Nacra 17), Charlie Buckingham (15th, Laser).
