Melges 24 U.S. National Championship

Geoff Fargo’s Sentinel team dominated the 2024 Melges 24 U.S. National Championship, held July 12-14 in Santa Barbara, CA. With crew Jackson Benvenutti, Grant Janov, William McBride, and Haydon Stapleton, their victory was secure prior to the final race after posting five wins in the 9-race series.
Locals Jeff Grange, at the helm of Jon Bell’s Mocos, with crew Graham Bell, Lauren Bell, and Sarah Schaupeter, captured the Corinthian U.S. National Championship title, finishing third overall.

The next event on the 2024 West Coast Racing Series, the Pacific Coast Championship, will unfold August 3-4 as the warm-up for 2024 World Championship being held August 20-24 in San Francisco, CA. The schedule concludes with the 2024 Canadian National Championship on September 20-22 in West Vancouver.
