Offshore racing for the snowbirds

The 2025–26 SORC Islands in the Stream Race Series will have four winter events that provide offshore racing along Florida and the Bahamas:

• November 21 – Sailors’ Choice Race, a 150 mile back-and-forth sprint out of Fort Lauderdale along the western Bahamas.
• December 5 – Wirth Munroe Palm Beach Race “to the buffet” with starts in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
• January 15 – Lauderdale to Key West Race, down the lighthouses of the Florida Keys.
• February 26 – Nassau Cup Ocean Race, from Miami across the Gulf Stream and around the Bahama banks.
