GAISF set to be dissolved in 2022

The Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) is set to be disbanded next year, with a motion to dissolve the umbrella body for Olympic and non-Olympic sports would be on the agenda at its General Assembly in May. Should the move be approved, as is expected at this stage, it would see the GAISF cease to exist after more than half-a-century in operation. – Full report
