Statement by Golden Gate Yacht Club regarding African Diaspora Maritime dispute

San Francisco, CA (August 7, 2013) – Today African Diaspora Maritime Corp. withdrew with prejudice (i.e., permanently) its motion for a preliminary injunction against Golden Gate Yacht Club seeking to enjoin the America’s Cup races scheduled to begin on September 7, 2013. The parties have agreed not to comment publicly on this matter until further notice. – Tom Ehman, GGYC Vice Commodore
