Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup

(May 25, 2013) – The Delta Lloyd Regatta in Medemblik (May 21-25) was the second stop of the five event Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup, which connects the five top European events for Olympic and Paralympic Classes. The event was testing a new format which advanced the fleet race score as a single rank, and combined with a medal race for the final placing. The only North American team to survive the system was Anne Haeger and Briana Provancha (USA) who captured a silver medal in Women’s 470. The circuit heads now to Great Britain for the Sail for Gold regatta (Jun 8-12). – Final results
