International Team Racing

The Cornerstone Cup is a Team Race Regatta between New York Yacht Club, St. Francis Yacht Club, Royal Thames Yacht Club and Royal Yacht Squadron. Intended to be sailed every other year, and rotating throught the four clubs, the second installment was sailed this May 27-30 in Cowes at the Royal Yacht Squadron. Each team had a skipper who was at least 35, and crews whose average age had to be 40 or above. It was a 2-on-2 Team Race in J/80’s. St. Francis proved victorious; the event rotates to San Francisco in 2015. – Results
