Following Iain Percy’s role as skipper of challenger Artemis Racing during the 34th America’s Cup, team owner Torbjorn Tornqvist has indicated that Iain will take complete control of the Artemis Racing campaign for the 35th America’s Cup.

Until the details of the next match are determined, Iain will for now join the boss as tactician on the RC44 Championship Tour. The next event, fourth for the season, comes to the picturesque bay of Cascais, Portugal on October 2-6, 2013.

“We welcome Iain on board Artemis Racing’s RC44 team, replacing Morgan Larson who has been in this position for two years and is moving on to new ventures,” said Tornqvist. “We wish Morgan well, and look forward to the skill and experience Iain will bring to our team.”
