A Southern California winter tradition, the San Diego Yacht Club Hot Rum Series held the first in the three race series on November 8. 132 boats are entered in the regatta which features a pursuit start beginning with a Santana 20 starting at 1200 through to the last boat to start, the STP 65, over 74 minutes later.
