Proctor leads Lightning Midwinter Championship

Miami, FL (March 19, 2015) – The 57th Annual Lightning Midwinter Championship kicked off the second and final leg of the Lightning Southern Circuit today with 50 boats from 8 countries competing on Biscayne Bay. Ched Proctor with his son Charlie Proctor and Scott Gise are in the lead after posting a 1-2-10, but are just one point ahead of Jody Starck with Ian Jones and Skip Dieball that hold a 9-4-1.
