Relive the start of the 628nm Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race on December 26 as the fleet of 117 boats enjoyed perfect conditions for a speedy exit from Sydney Harbour.

Spectators both on the water and on land witnessed the newly built Comanche from the USA competing in her first blue water race create a new record for being the first to Sydney heads.
