In this episode we are at Race 15 of the Extreme Sailing Series in Lisbon where the boats are up on foils and beware of collisions, November 6 is the start of the latest edition of the hardest sporting event in the world – the 2016-17 Vendee Globe solo, un-assisted, non-stop sailing race around the world the week the Gitana Teams’ foiler Edmund de Rothchild sensational, Pantaenius Sail and Power Insurance presents Skip Novak’s “Storm Sailing” series and this week it’s “Deck layout”, North Sails’ Michael Coxon sits down with the “World on Water” for his regular update on what is happening in sailing in the coming summer and who is hot and who to watch and finally we introduce Rick Moore of the cruising yacht “Sophisticated Lady” who will have a regular “Cruising” segment in the WoW and he and his great crew are in the Caribbean sheltering in Grenada from Hurricane “William”.
