Nassau Cup Ocean Race 2018

Fourteen teams competed in the opening event of the 2018-19 SORC Islands in the Stream Series, the Nassau Cup Ocean Race. Starting in South Florida on November 15, the fleet would leave Great Isaacs Light to starboard and proceed past Great Stirrup Light before finally finishing at Nassau harbor. Light winds preserved the course record (13:31:30) with Chris Lewis’ J/44 Kenai claiming ORC 1 and Russell Dunn’s Catalina 425 SD Dire Wolf taking Overall and ORC 2 honors.
