Mini Skeeters are tuning up for spring racing at Ivanpah 2019.

This video shows Dean Kitchen and Scott Young (newbies to Mini Skeeter racing) trying to figure out the fastest way around the course. The side by side speed is almost identical on every heading.

Mini Skeeters are so fast, that one small mistake, like jibing a little early to the bottom mark or pinching too much to the weather mark, will likely result in boats flying by you, only to be seen again at the end of the race.
