“On and off the wind…it doesn’t matter, Mini Skeeters are extremely fast! I was able to reach speeds of 60+ mph (sailing downwind, on our medium length windward, leeward course) on every lap and the wind only blew on average, 19-21 mph! That’s incredible performance! There is very little wasted power. Almost all of the wind that hits the sail is instantly transferred into speed. Anyone that enjoys sailing of any kind should give this a go! I enjoyed my first ride so much that I had John build me one. I call it my “poor man’s” Indy Car!”
