Naples Sabot Junior Nationals 2019

One hundred twenty four sailors competed in the 2019 Naples Sabot Junior US Nationals, held August 6-8 in Newport Beach, CA. After qualifiers to divide the fleet into four divisions, Anton Schmid (San Diego, CA) sailed a consistent series amid the 32-boat gold fleet, discarding his final race to win by seven points over Carter Vachon (San Diego, CA) with Peter Busch (San Diego, CA) in third.
