Auckland harbor pounded by epic storm

A tornado-like waterspout ripped through central Auckland’s waterfront on August 12, toppling shipping containers and damaging up to 75 boats. As New Zealand prepares for the 2021 America’s Cup, the storm left a trail of destruction which has now littered the harbor. Full report.
