TP52 Class follows World Sailing ban

Following the declaration by World Sailing for events and class association to suspend the participation of Russian or Belarusian athletes and officials in their respective events and competitions, the 52 Super Series and the TP52 Class intend to follow this guidance until further notice. This decision directly impacts Vladimir Liubomirov’s Bronenosec Gazprom team which finished sixth in the 2021 World Championship and 52 SUPER SERIES.

September 26-October 1 – SCARLINO 52 SUPER SERIES SAILING WEEK – Scarlino, Italy

Following the cancellation of the 2020 season due to COVID-19, the abbreviated 2021 schedule was the ninth edition of the 52 SUPER SERIES which was established as the world’s leading grand prix monohull yacht racing circuit.
