2024 470 World Championship

Jordi Xammar and Nora Brugman (ESP) won the 2024 470 World Championship, held February 27-March 3 in Palma, Mallorca. After being runner-up in the previous two Worlds, the Spanish team topped the 60-boat fleet by 11 points in an 11-race series that had the full range of conditions. The USA team of Stuart McNay and Lara Dallman-Weiss finished 26th which was good enough for them to gain entry in the Mixed Two Person Dinghy event at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
