Optimist US Team Race Nationals

The 2025 Optimist US Team Race National Championship attracted 28 teams from across the USA for racing on May 16-18 in Larchmont, NY. After a postponement on the first day, the second day had very shifty conditions while the final day saw winds reach 10 to 15 knots with gusts into the 20s. After 192 races were sailed, Team Happy won the title with members Adam Butz, Pablo Munoz Montes, Jaiden Strickon, and Lin Zhou. – Details
