Sailing legend targeted by trans activists

Tracy Edwards won international fame as the skipper of the first all-female crew to sail around the world in the 1989-00 Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race. Their achievement on the 58-foot Maiden is now the basis for the musical production Maiden Voyage, and with Edwards in attendance, she endured an unexpected confrontation.

The actresses had just finished performing a 90-minute tribute to women who fought fiercely for their rights, then endorsed an organization that Edwards believes undermines those same achievements by supporting biological males in female sports competitions. – Full report
