Annapolis, MD (May 5, 2013) – The 2013 Sperry Top-Sider Annapolis NOOD Regatta recorded 221 teams competing in 15 classes, completing eight races during the three day event (May 3-5). Following up on his win at the San Diego NOOD, Bennet Greenwald won the 49-boat J/70 class. The victory earned Greenwald’s team of Jeff Madrigali,
