Light wind theme for Lightning Winter Championship

St. Petersburg, FL (March 17, 2015) – All three days of the Lightning Winter Championship struggled for wind, with only one race completed on the final day of competition. Winning the race and the overall title was Tito Gonzalez sailing with his daughter Trinidad Gonzalez and Cristian Herman (CHI), with the family team of Larry MacDonald, Maggie MacDonald and Joy MacDonald (CAN) in second and Justin Coplan with Danielle Prior and Caroline Patten (USA) in third. The event was also used as the US Lightning Pan Am Qualifier, with Coplan as top US team. Full Results.
