Joel Siam, a 38-year-old from San Diego, was arrested March 10 after stealing a 60-foot powerboat and crashing multiple times in Newport Beach, CA. The yacht had been in-dock for maintenance and the keys were inside at the time it was taken. Prior to stealing the yacht, police were searching for Siam as he was originally reported vandalizing cars on a street nearby.
