2022 Chicago Match Cup

The four-event Grand Slam match race series got underway with the 2022 Chicago Match Cup on August 12-14 in Chicago, IL. Sailed in Tom 28s, the seven international teams was treated to a little bit of everything over the three day event with Chris Poole’s team defeating Cole Tapper’s team 3-0 in the finals.

August 18-21, – Detroit Cup – Detroit, MI
August 25-29 – Oakcliff International – Oyster Bay, NY
August 30-September 3 – Thompson Cup – Oyster Bay, NY

The team with the highest score in three of four events will be the winner of the 2022 Grand Slam and will be invited to compete at the 2023 Congressional Cup.
